About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, modular statistical analysis pipelines for clinical and translational studies.
- Collaborate with biostatisticians, data managers, and software engineers to translate complex statistical protocols into robust code.
- Implement advanced Bayesian and frequentist methods using Python and R, ensuring reproducibility and regulatory compliance.
- Lead code reviews, provide mentorship, and establish best practices for statistical programming within the team.
- Document analytical workflows, generate reproducible reports, and support submission of statistical sections for regulatory filings.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field with 8+ years of industry experience.
- Expertise in Python and R for statistical programming, including data manipulation, visualization, and model implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Bayesian analysis, mixed models, and survival analysis.
- Experience with version control (Git), continuous integration, and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
