Principal Scientist, Small Molecule

As a Principal Scientist, Small Molecule, you will lead research and development of small molecule compounds using machine learning and data analysis techniques. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and interpreting experiments to identify and optimize small molecule compounds for various applications. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our discovery and development processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, bioinformatics, and data analysis, with experience in Python and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to identify and optimize small molecule compounds.
• Develop and apply machine learning models to predict compound properties and behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into discovery and development processes.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in machine learning and data analysis.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in small molecule research and development.
• Strong background in machine learning and data analysis.
• Experience with Python and AWS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
