As a Principal RF Subsystems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing RF subsystems for complex systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RF subsystems with other system components, and collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring junior engineers, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in RF engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RF subsystems, including antennas, amplifiers, and filters, to meet performance and reliability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF subsystems with other system components, such as power supplies, cooling systems, and control systems.
- Work with customers to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in RF engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve system performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on subsystem design and development.
- Proven track record of delivering high-performance and reliable RF subsystems.
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and signal processing principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
