Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable R and Shiny applications that transform complex clinical and operational data into intuitive visual dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, design user interfaces, and implement best practices in data visualization.
- Utilize Quarto and Markdown to produce reproducible, interactive reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Stay current with emerging R packages, visualization techniques, and industry standards to keep solutions cutting‑edge.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in R programming and Shiny application development.
- Proficiency with Quarto, Markdown, and related reproducible research tools.
- Strong background in data visualization principles and best practices.
