Lead the design and execution of a company‑wide performance testing framework, integrating load scenarios, CI/CD pipelines, and dashboards to make performance measurable and repeatable across key products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, architecture, and hands‑on delivery of the performance testing capability across the organization.
- Design and implement scalable load testing frameworks, including realistic scenarios for EquiLend’s core products.
- Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated execution and early defect detection.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to product and engineering teams.
- Establish performance standards, best practices, and guidelines for teams to adopt consistently.
- Mentor and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed performance into release readiness.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in performance testing and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, k6).
- Strong background in CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for test automation.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards and monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus).
- Excellent architectural thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
