About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the AI strategy and architecture for test automation across the organization.
- Establish standards, guardrails, and best‑practice patterns for AI‑assisted quality engineering.
- Collaborate with quality engineers, product, engineering, and DevOps to design, build, and maintain AI‑enabled test suites.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and frameworks, ensuring safe and effective use throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Mentor teams on AI integration, test data generation, and intelligent test maintenance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in quality engineering with a focus on test automation and AI/ML integration.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks for test data and model deployment.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, maintainable AI‑driven testing solutions.
