Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data collection frameworks and reporting dashboards for large‑scale program initiatives.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and statistical analysis within program or project environments.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced setting.
