As a Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling programs, analyzing data, and managing project timelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing project management plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans. Additionally, you will analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program planning and scheduling.
• Proven experience in project management, including developing and implementing project management plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
