About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Action Platform, aligning AI‑driven automation capabilities with business goals.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver end‑to‑end workflow solutions that integrate across Zendesk and external systems.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using data‑driven insights, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Lead cross‑functional agile ceremonies, ensuring clear communication, rapid iteration, and high‑quality releases.
- Champion user experience best practices, translating complex automation concepts into intuitive interfaces for agents and administrators.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven track record launching AI‑enabled or workflow automation products at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data, define metrics, and make evidence‑based decisions.
- Deep understanding of agile development processes and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and technical partners.
