Product Manager
Lead the strategy and execution of a core HR Service Delivery platform, driving authentication, tenancy, and cross‑product integration across mobile and enterprise products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead the design and implementation of authentication and tenancy solutions that scale across multiple HR products.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver seamless cross‑product integration and consistent platform patterns.
- Advise on mobile and web platform requirements, ensuring performance, security, and user experience standards.
- Measure and report on platform health, usage metrics, and impact on overall HR Service Delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on platform or infrastructure products.
- Deep understanding of authentication, tenancy, and integration patterns in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
