About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for medication administration solutions.
- Partner with clinical experts, data scientists, and engineering to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable, data‑driven features.
- Prioritize backlog and drive Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of high‑impact releases.
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and customer feedback to continuously refine product positioning.
- Own product performance metrics, reporting on adoption, safety outcomes, and financial impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or life‑science domains.
- Proven track record delivering cloud‑based, data‑intensive products using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of medication administration workflows, clinical safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with data modeling, analytics, and modern cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).
