About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy for the Loyalty Platforms, aligning with business goals and customer insights.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap, translating vision into actionable features and releases.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver high‑impact, data‑driven product enhancements.
- Own product metrics, conduct A/B tests, and iterate based on performance and user feedback.
- Advise senior leadership on product direction, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in loyalty or subscription platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, experimentation, and KPI ownership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, consumer‑facing environment.
- Passion for beauty and customer experience, with a deep understanding of the retail or e‑commerce space.
