Product Manager
Lead the Customer Activation product area, designing end‑to‑end experiences that convert prospects into first‑time Wise users, using data‑driven insights, experimentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Customer Activation funnel, targeting millions of new users worldwide.
- Partner with design, engineering, data science, and marketing to prototype, test, and launch features that increase first‑transfer conversion rates.
- Leverage quantitative analysis, A/B testing, and qualitative user research to identify friction points and prioritize high‑impact improvements.
- Drive agile development cycles, writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor key performance metrics, report outcomes to senior leadership, and iterate rapidly based on results.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or consumer‑facing digital services.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL, data visualization, and experimentation frameworks.
- Proven track record of launching data‑driven features that significantly improve acquisition or activation metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across global, cross‑functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to lead teams in fast‑paced environments.
