Product Manager
Lead the strategy and execution of customer activation initiatives, using data-driven product management, journey mapping, and rapid experimentation to drive onboarding, engagement, and revenue growth.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end product vision for customer activation, aligning cross‑functional teams around measurable goals.
- Design, prioritize, and launch experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to optimize onboarding flows, activation metrics, and user retention.
- Leverage data analysis and SQL/Python queries to uncover insights, segment users, and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to deliver features using Agile sprints and continuous delivery practices.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as activation rate, time‑to‑first‑value, and revenue impact, reporting results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on customer acquisition, onboarding, or activation.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies; strong SQL and Python or similar analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of A/B testing frameworks, experiment design, and statistical significance.
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments, driving cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
