About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the conversational chatbot platform.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, design, data science, and customer support—to deliver high‑impact features that improve user experience and reduce support costs.
- Leverage NLP and machine learning insights to continuously refine dialogue flows, intent recognition, and response quality.
- Analyze usage data, conduct user research, and iterate on product features to meet evolving customer needs.
- Present product updates and strategic plans to executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in AI or conversational technology products.
- Deep understanding of NLP, chatbot frameworks, and user‑centered design principles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience driving decisions with data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
