The Central AI team’s vision is to accelerate AI innovation across Atlassian by building the core infrastructure, key capabilities and experiences. The Central AI team is building some core AI experiences, especially in the conversational AI space that leverage Atlassian’s key strength - the understanding of our customers' work and the different connections. We are in very early stages of building these experiences. We expect a lot of exploration, experimentation, validation of hypotheses through customer research to figure out the right solutions i.e. AI experiences for the problems our customers are facing. Once this initial problem-solution fit is established, we’d then take these products to a larger set of customers working with cross-functional teams for go to market narratives, pricing, packing, support enablement and so on.
As the Principal Product Manager for this area, you will initially focus on ‘building the right thing’ i.e. figure out what are these key experiences that’ll solve customer problems. Then focus on ‘building the thing right’ i.e. how we build those for a larger customer base across different touch points with the right polish and finesse, how they in fit with the larger product portfolio and how we take them to market. Basically, lead through the entire cycle covering conception, validation, launch and scale. This is awesome opportunity to not only do something ground-breaking from scratch, but also play a vital role in shaping the evolution of AI at Atlassian and in the industry. You will report to the Group Product Manger for Central AI in this role
