About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end design process for new and existing educational tools, ensuring alignment with Montessori pedagogy and user needs.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with children, parents, and educators to uncover insights that inform product strategy.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web, mobile, and interactive learning platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate research findings into actionable design solutions.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, advocating for user‑centric decisions and measurable impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience, preferably in education or child‑centered technology.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex product flows.
- Deep understanding of user research methodologies and ability to synthesize findings into design insights.
- Experience building and scaling design systems that support cross‑platform consistency.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.
