About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical discovery and solution design for enterprise customers adopting CDP, marketing technology, and AI services.
- Deliver compelling product demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and architecture workshops that illustrate value and integration pathways.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical collateral, battle cards, and best‑practice guides for presales teams.
- Stay current on industry trends in data platforms, AI, and Martech to position the portfolio competitively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in presales or solutions engineering, with deep expertise in Customer Data Platforms and marketing technology stacks.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API‑first integration patterns.
- Proven ability to articulate complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
