Devops Engineer
Lead the design, build, and operation of scalable cloud-native platforms using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform on AWS, driving automation, reliability, and performance for enterprise services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable Kubernetes clusters on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Terraform to automate application delivery and infrastructure provisioning.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enforce best practices, monitor system health, and troubleshoot complex platform issues.
- Lead platform modernization initiatives, including containerization of legacy services, observability enhancements, and automated scaling strategies.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams on platform tools, coding standards, and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and AWS.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions) and scripting in Go or Python.
- Deep understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional technical initiatives.
