About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, Lightning Components, and custom integrations.
- Lead technical design reviews, ensuring alignment with best practices and enterprise standards.
- Mentor and coach development teams on platform capabilities, code quality, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including advanced Apex and Lightning development.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale platform implementations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and governance within Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, or higher are preferred.
