Principal Physical Design Architect, HBM

As a Principal Physical Design Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing physical design architectures for HBM products. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design architectures meet business requirements and are aligned with company goals. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining design documentation, collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve design issues, and ensuring that designs are optimized for manufacturability and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical design and experience with Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
