QA Engineer
Lead performance testing for large‑scale batch and data migration workloads on Oracle, driving test strategy, automation, and analysis to ensure optimal system performance across Reinsurance and Subledger Reinsurance Management products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans for batch processing and large‑scale data migration scenarios.
- Utilize JMeter and other load testing tools to simulate realistic workloads against Oracle databases, identifying bottlenecks and performance regressions.
- Collaborate with development, DBA, and operations teams to optimize queries, indexing, and database configurations.
- Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous feedback and rapid defect resolution.
- Analyze test results, generate detailed performance reports, and present findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of performance testing experience in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent load testing tools.
- Experience automating performance tests within CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
