Principal or Sr Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst

As a Principal or Sr Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with export control regulations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing effective compliance programs. You will analyze and interpret complex regulations, identify and mitigate risks, and develop and implement compliance strategies. You will also provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance matters and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex export control regulations, including ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance risks.
• Develop and implement effective compliance programs and strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in international trade compliance, with a focus on export control regulations.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations, as well as other relevant export control regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex regulations and identify potential compliance risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
