Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions for advanced MEP automation, leveraging Python, AWS, and deep learning to transform fabrication workflows and deliver scalable, data‑driven insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines that digitize and optimize piping, plumbing, sheet metal, and electrical contracting processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, model objectives, and success metrics.
- Implement scalable, cloud‑native solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
- Lead model training, validation, and deployment, integrating MLOps practices for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record in production‑grade deployments.
- Expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Strong background in data engineering, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing domain is a plus.
