About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance for industrial datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven models, leveraging deep learning and traditional ML techniques.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Design model monitoring, versioning, and deployment strategies, integrating with CI/CD workflows and observability tools.
- Stay current with emerging AI research and cloud services, evaluating their applicability to industrial use cases.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2).
- Hands‑on experience with data engineering pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, and big data tools (Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering production‑grade ML solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non‑technical domains.
