About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines for agentic AI, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define problem statements and translate them into scalable ML solutions.
- Lead model training, hyper‑parameter tuning, and performance evaluation using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Deploy models on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda) ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in ML engineering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ML engineering with a focus on agentic or reinforcement learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and AWS services.
- Strong background in distributed training, model optimization, and production deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
