About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high‑quality MEP design solutions for diverse building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Manage multidisciplinary design teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, translating client needs into innovative engineering solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into overall project plans.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules and quality control, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in mechanical engineering and MEP design across multiple sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing successful design teams.
- Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of building services codes, standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools for mechanical design.
