About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state‑of‑the‑art machine learning models for pharmaceutical research and development.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex scientific problems into scalable ML solutions.
- Lead model validation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of production pipelines.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of experimentation and best practices.

Requirements
- Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Python.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
