About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions and define model performance metrics.
- Implement MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Advise stakeholders on AI strategy, scalability, and ethical considerations for large‑scale deployments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a proven track record of production deployments.
- Expertise in Python, AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in data engineering, feature engineering, and large‑scale data pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams.
