ML Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end ML initiatives for a global gaming platform, driving model design, deployment, and scaling on AWS while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact data products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines that support real‑time decisioning for sports betting and gaming products.
- Lead model development from research to production, ensuring robust validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions.
- Design and maintain MLOps workflows on AWS, leveraging SageMaker, Lambda, and Step Functions for automated deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong background in deep learning and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and experience with large‑scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop).
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3, CloudWatch) and MLOps tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Experience in the gaming or betting industry is a plus.
