About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Document AI pipelines using Python, deep learning frameworks, and NLP techniques.
- Lead a cross‑functional team, mentoring engineers and coordinating with product, data, and infrastructure stakeholders.
- Design and maintain production‑grade ML models on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
- Develop CI/CD workflows with Docker and Kubernetes to accelerate model deployment and monitoring.
- Analyze large document datasets, engineer features, and optimize model performance for accuracy and latency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on document understanding and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud services (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership skills, able to guide technical teams and influence product strategy.
