Requirements
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems training, instructional design, and adult learning theory.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering complex systems training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
