Data Analyst
Lead the translation of R&D product lifecycle needs into scalable IT solutions, driving PLM system enhancements, data integration, and process improvements using Agile and strong business analysis expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between R&D and IT, gathering and translating complex PLM requirements into technical specifications.
- Design, document, and maintain functional and data models for the PLM ecosystem, ensuring alignment with product development processes.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and collaborate with development teams to deliver system enhancements on schedule.
- Coordinate system integration efforts, including data migration, API development, and interfacing with ERP/CRM platforms.
- Conduct impact analysis, testing, and validation of PLM changes, providing training and support to end‑users.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or product lifecycle management within a technology‑driven R&D environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, requirements engineering, and data modeling (SQL, relational databases).
- Strong knowledge of PLM tools and processes, with hands‑on experience configuring or customizing PLM systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of bridging technical and scientific teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑ACP) preferred.
