Implementation Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of AI‑first integration solutions, building scalable, cloud‑native services and APIs that connect learning platforms with enterprise systems using Python, Java, and modern DevOps tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end integration pipelines that embed generative AI capabilities into learning management and student services systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and Java, ensuring reliability and security.
- Lead cloud‑native deployments on AWS, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to achieve continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with data science, product, and UX teams to translate AI models into production‑ready services.
- Establish integration standards, documentation, and best practices, mentoring senior engineers and driving technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on system integration and API development.
- Proven expertise in Python and Java, building scalable microservices and REST APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML model deployment, preferably using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS) and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to lead technical initiatives, and excellent communication with cross‑functional teams.
