Lead enterprise‑scale infrastructure integration for M&A initiatives, driving cloud migration, automation, and security across AWS environments using Kubernetes, Terraform, and advanced networking solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute end‑to‑end infrastructure integration plans for acquisition targets, ensuring seamless migration to AWS and Kubernetes platforms.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and DevOps teams to enforce best practices, threat modeling, and automated vulnerability scanning.
- Lead cross‑functional workshops to assess legacy systems, identify integration risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical mentorship to mid‑level engineers and oversee the implementation of infrastructure as code across multiple regions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, with a focus on cloud migration and M&A integration.
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM), Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of networking, security controls, and compliance frameworks (SOC, ISO, GDPR).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response in large‑scale environments.
