Lead enterprise AI security strategy, designing safeguards for AI systems, guiding AI COEs, and aligning with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to protect critical assets.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement security controls for AI systems across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with the AI security framework and overall AI standards.
- Lead security design reviews for AI applications, identifying and mitigating risks unique to artificial intelligence.
- Collaborate with AI Centers of Excellence (COEs) and application teams to embed security best practices into AI development lifecycles.
- Partner with the Security and Risk Management (SRM) COE to assess, quantify, and manage AI-related risks.
- Communicate security findings and recommendations to the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tower, driving policy and compliance adherence.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in security architecture, with a focus on AI or machine learning environments.
- Deep understanding of AI security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence enterprise security strategy.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical security concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI COE governance and enterprise security standards.
