Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of Workday HRIM solutions, driving advanced reporting and analytics through data modeling, ETL processes, and Workday Prism to enable strategic HR insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and govern the end‑to‑end HRIM framework within Workday, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and optimize complex Workday reports, dashboards, and Prism analytics models to deliver actionable HR insights.
- Lead data integration efforts, building robust ETL pipelines that consolidate HR data from multiple sources into Workday.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and data models.
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance for data quality, metadata management, and reporting consistency across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing HR information systems, with deep expertise in Workday HRIM and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to create advanced Workday Prism Analytics solutions and complex custom reports.
- Strong data modeling and SQL skills; experience with ETL design and data warehouse concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
