About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary geotechnical investigations for high‑performance and specialty structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Develop and oversee detailed foundation design, slope stability, and ground improvement solutions, integrating BIM and advanced analytical software.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to resolve complex site‑specific challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Conduct risk assessments, prepare technical reports, and present findings to clients and stakeholders, translating technical data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical design and project management.
- Proficiency in BIM, GeoStudio, PLAXIS, or equivalent geotechnical software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
