About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver robust, secure .NET (C#) services and RESTful APIs that support mission‑critical government applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive Angular (TypeScript) front‑ends, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.
- Mentor and lead a distributed team of developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments to uphold high quality standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years in a senior or principal role.
- Deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Angular (v10+).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices, and cloud deployment (Azure preferred).
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
