You will play a key role in improving application security, resolving compliance challenges, and building scalable, reliable software solutions. The position requires strong expertise across the .NET ecosystem, architecture, troubleshooting, and modern engineering practices. You will work on complex technical challenges involving application quality, security remediation, performance optimization, and cloud-based solutions. Accountabilities:

As a Principal Full Stack Engineer , you will take ownership of complex engineering initiatives, combining software development expertise with architectural guidance and security-focused problem solving. You will help improve SaaS applications by identifying risks, implementing solutions, and promoting high-quality engineering practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS applications.
• Investigate and resolve compliance, security, and application quality issues identified through AI-driven analysis.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and design decisions across the application stack.
• Implement solutions to address technical challenges, security findings, and application vulnerabilities.
• Analyze and remediate issues identified through CVEs, SAST scans, and security audits.
• Troubleshoot complex application, performance, and reliability challenges.
• Design and optimize relational databases, SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access strategies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Work within a Shift Left development culture focused on proactive issue identification and software quality.
• Use AI-powered development tools and coding agents to improve productivity and accelerate solution delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to solve complex technical and security challenges.

Requirements:
