Lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud‑native full‑stack solutions using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and AWS, driving architectural excellence and best practices across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security across front‑end and back‑end layers.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in adopting microservices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) on AWS.
- Define coding standards, review architecture diagrams, and mentor developers on best practices.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Drive continuous improvement of development pipelines, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Proven track record designing and deploying cloud‑native microservices on AWS.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for building high‑performance, maintainable systems.
