About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy production‑grade AI models and services across cloud and edge environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) for rapid, reliable delivery.
- Ensure model performance, monitoring, and continuous improvement using AWS services and observability tools.
- Mentor and lead engineering teams, fostering best practices in DevOps, security, and data governance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, etc.).
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable AI pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
