Principal Financial Analyst - Active Security Clearance Required

As a Principal Financial Analyst at RTX, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to senior leadership. You will develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis will drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize financial initiatives and projects. You will also develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. Additionally, you will provide financial analysis and support for business development initiatives and strategic planning efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Active security clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
