About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end test strategy for the CRM application, ensuring high coverage of functional, performance, and security tests.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java and Selenium for web and API layers.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous quality feedback.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA leads in Agile ceremonies to translate requirements into testable acceptance criteria.
- Mentor junior test engineers, conduct code reviews of test scripts, and promote best practices in test automation and quality engineering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software testing experience, with at least 5 years leading test automation for enterprise Java applications.
- Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and API testing tools (e.g., RestAssured, Postman).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Hands‑on experience with relational databases (SQL) and writing complex queries for data validation.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in cross‑functional, Agile teams.
