About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the enterprise architecture strategy for Global Lubricants, Customer Operations, Low Carbon Solutions, and CRM domains.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Drive adoption of cloud‑native solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency across the downstream and renewables portfolio.
- Mentor and guide architecture teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best‑practice compliance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on the organization’s digital backbone.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture within a large, complex organization.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives, especially in the energy or industrial sector.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) and modern architecture patterns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with low‑carbon and renewable energy technologies is highly desirable.
