Principal Engineering Program Manager leading large‑scale healthcare technology initiatives, driving cross‑functional teams, Agile delivery, and stakeholder alignment to deliver innovative Health 2.0 solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end program delivery for complex healthcare technology projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming across multi‑disciplinary engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to align program objectives with business strategy.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, providing proactive solutions.
- Develop and present program status reports, metrics, and dashboards to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within large technology or healthcare organizations.
- Proven track record of delivering multi‑million dollar programs using Agile and traditional methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with a data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT standards, regulations, and emerging Health 2.0 technologies is highly desirable.
