As a Principal Engineer / Sr. Principal Engineer - Structural Design, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of structural systems for complex aerospace and defense projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design and analysis for aerospace and defense projects.
Proven track record of leading complex design projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of finite element analysis, structural dynamics, and structural design software such as Abaqus and ANSYS.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
