About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and enforce security controls across product lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Lead threat modeling workshops and risk assessments for new and existing solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to embed security into the CI/CD pipeline and DevSecOps practices.
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams on secure coding, secure design, and incident response.
- Drive continuous improvement of security tooling, metrics, and reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security engineering, with a proven track record in large‑scale, cloud‑native environments.
- Deep expertise in security architecture, threat modeling, and secure software development life cycle.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps tooling (e.g., Snyk, Aqua, Terraform).
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) preferred.
