About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end Python back‑end services and React front‑ends for high‑traffic applications.
- Design, implement, and optimize Generative AI pipelines that integrate with existing product features.
- Build and manage cloud‑native agent orchestration frameworks on AWS and Azure, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Define and enforce API integration standards, security policies, and compliance requirements across all services.
- Mentor senior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive best‑practice adoption across the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep expertise in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (React).
- Proven track record delivering production‑grade Generative AI solutions and integrating them via REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Extensive experience with AWS and Azure services, including serverless, container orchestration, and IAM/security controls.
- Strong background in designing agent‑orchestration systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to lead cross‑functional teams, and a passion for mentoring engineers.
