Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of a scalable enterprise network tooling stack, integrating observability, telemetry, and Agentic AI to drive operational excellence, compliance, and cost efficiency across datacenter, cloud, and edge environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve a unified network tooling stack covering datacenter, branch, cloud, WAN/SD‑WAN, and SASE/edge environments.
- Integrate telemetry, topology, and analytics platforms to provide real‑time observability and accelerate incident resolution.
- Drive the adoption of Agentic AI for automated anomaly detection, root‑cause analysis, and predictive maintenance.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and operations teams to embed Secure by Design principles into tooling and workflows.
- Mentor and lead cross‑functional engineering teams, setting technical direction and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering and observability tooling.
- Deep expertise in telemetry collection, data analytics, and AI/ML for network operations.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge networking concepts.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and cost‑optimization in large enterprise networks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of driving technical strategy.
